1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") and m918kiss (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://m918kiss.cam (hereinafter "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform — including but not limited to creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, redeeming bonuses, or participating in promotional events — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from registering or continuing to hold an account with m918kiss.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with m918kiss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21. This age restriction is enforced through our KYC verification process, and any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately terminated.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and solely on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in funding, placing bets, or withdrawing from the Account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from m918kiss or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order that encompasses this Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of m918kiss or its affiliates.
• You hold only one active Account with m918kiss. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in your name. You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or via different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. The Company may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or pending withdrawals where duplicate accounts are identified.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m918kiss will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

All Users are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back — and may additionally require a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. m918kiss reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m918kiss accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and via cryptocurrency including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT via the TRC20 network. Credit and debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's terms.

5.2 Deposit Minimums

The minimum deposit for most fiat payment methods is RM30. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum is RM100 equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. There is no standard maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time the transaction is confirmed. m918kiss does not charge a currency conversion fee on cryptocurrency deposits, though network or gas fees may apply at the blockchain level.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits

Users may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or credit facilities belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification to the Company's satisfaction; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds received; (c) not exceed your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit; and (d) have your Account in good standing with no pending investigations, disputes, or fraud flags.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow: Typically 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 30 minutes to 4 hours on business days.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT TRC20): Subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 30 to 60 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Minimums & Maximums

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for fiat methods and RM100 equivalent for cryptocurrency. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply per tier level of the VIP programme, with higher tiers receiving increased limits. Please refer to our FAQ or contact support for your current applicable limit.

6.4 Withdrawal Refusals

m918kiss reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative Account balance; or (d) the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and incentive offers provided by m918kiss are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unwagered bonus balance that has not been used within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• m918kiss reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount received (e.g., 10x means you must wager 10 times the bonus value). Specific wagering requirements for each current promotion are as follows:

• Standard Welcome Bonus (100%): 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Magnificent Welcome Bonus (288%): 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Esports Bonus (188%): 18x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Crypto Deposit Bonus (2%): 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or coordinating with other users — constitutes Prohibited Conduct. The Company may forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and suspend or close the Account in such cases.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, m918kiss reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to your Account.

8.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and individual game configuration. These limits are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed. The Company reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

8.3 Sports Betting

In-play and pre-match bets placed on sports markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and esports markets — are subject to our Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are locked.

8.4 Game Integrity & RNG

All slot and table game outcomes on m918kiss are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and audited on a quarterly basis. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available upon request and are published by the respective game providers.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing in relation to sporting events or casino games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the Platform's systems.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing conduct toward any other user or member of the m918kiss support team.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions in bad faith, including coordinated multi-accounting for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus credits.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by the Company

m918kiss may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, your Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to our standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for any reason, all bonus balances, unredeemed loyalty points, and bonus-derived funds will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 13, 14, and 15 — shall continue to apply following Account closure.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the m918kiss brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and the structure and arrangement of all such materials — is the intellectual property of m918kiss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of m918kiss.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m918kiss, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

m918kiss does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

m918kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m918kiss holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
